Improvements

Designing an agent now keeps everything in one place. The Outline, a live preview of your agent, and its settings open in a side panel right next to the design chat, with a compact menu to switch between them. The panel reopens where you left off, you can drag it to the width that suits your screen, and on smaller screens it opens as an overlay.
The Conversation Language setting has moved into its own Language section in your agent's settings, so it is no longer tucked under Voice & Tone. Learn more.

Fixes

After a recent update, a saved phone conversation could show only the participant's side of the call. The agent's spoken replies are now recorded again, so the whole conversation is in your transcripts: every word your participants heard is part of the record.
When a participant ends a voice or phone call while the agent is mid-sentence, the words they heard now stay in the saved transcript instead of being lost.
Opening a blog article occasionally failed with a server error. Articles now load reliably.
